It's been a long (but great!) day. Goats fed, sheep herded, pigs raced, fried pie consumed, fiddle fiddled...county fair success. Time for some shut-eye!

I’m a 20-something musician following her dreams above all else and hailing out of Nashville, Tennessee. Lately I’ve found myself falling into a worry trap that’s so full of things that don’t matter in the grand scheme. The goal of this blog is to be mindful of everything that makes life wonderful, and then some. Plenty of: art, fitness, music, food, dance, inspiration, yoga.
